Specialist Commercial Order Processing f/m/d

In commercial order processing, you will ensure the smooth and consistent commercial processing of international customer- as well as intercompany-orders, from acceptance to delivery and invoicing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent commercial processing of customer orders in SAP modules SD / PS
• Order checking (including contracts) and order entry
• Creation of all delivery-relevant documents and invoicing
• Origin check
• Obtaining export requirements (dual use, export compliance)
• Regular review of the order backlog and documentation
• Clarification of tax issues in connection with order processing
• Change management
• Implementation of contract terms in the event of deviations
• Close cooperation with project management, technical processing and AVL affiliates or external agencies and banks

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial education (Commercial Academy, University or University of Applied Sciences)
• At least 1 year of professional experience in order processing, ideally with reference to international markets, export transactions as well as letters of credit and bank guarantees
• General knowledge and understanding of contract law for the evaluation of contracts and/or orders and risk analysis is an advantage
• Experience in working with SAP SD / PS is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills for/with internal and external partners, also in an intercultural context
• Independent, structured way of working to handle complete orders
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent working style
• Business fluent in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €47,500.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
