Skill Area Manager & TPR Battery Function & Systems f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Global technical product responsibility for battery 
• Definition and responsibility of technical content for battery series projects 
• Technical approval of offers for battery series projects
• Strategic product alignment in coordination with Business Development 
• Responsible for the series release recommendation in battery development projects 
• Disciplinary management and strategic development of the Battery Functions & Systems department
• Cost planning and cost responsibility for the department
• Active representation of the company through publications and presentations at international conferences
• Establishing and expanding the customer network in the Battery Functions & Systems division 
• Personnel and competence development in the specialist area
• Global responsibility for quality, methods and tools in the specialist area
• Ensuring global resource balancing across the development sites

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least a Master's degree or equivalent in engineering 
• Several years of industrial experience in the development of battery systems for automotive and non-automotive applications 
• Proven experience in team leadership or middle management 
• Sound technical knowledge of cell chemistry and battery systems
• Strong intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills, goal orientation and self-management
• Self-confidence in dealing with customers and good networking skills
• Strong international customer network
• Fluent in English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €110,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
