Sales Manager new markets/solutions f/m/d

 

  

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Development of new sales potentials as well as establishment and maintenance of new and existing customer relationships 
  • Organization and execution of the entire sales process 
  • Creation and provision of strategic sales plans as well as control of the pre-sales process
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of the CRM system (accounts, contacts, opportunities) 
  • Adjustment of the offer to customer/market needs and identification of deviations 
  • Ensuring the defined profit and sales growth is achieved
  • Responsibility for customer communication and building realistic customer expectations 
  • Execution of ongoing reporting (such as customer contact reports)
  • Ensuring professional handover to project managers 
  • Supporting all commercial activities with customers
  • Participate in 'non-sales related' activities (closing meetings, customer satisfaction analysis...)

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Completed technical studies in the field of mechanical or electrical engineering
  • At least 8 years of active sales experience in a B2B technical environment
  • Proven track record in new business areas and technologies
  • Very good communication skills as well as a confident and convincing appearance
  • Independent and proactive way of working
  • Business fluent knowledge in English and German (or another national language)

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €79,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
