Sales Manager new markets/solutions f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of new sales potentials as well as establishment and maintenance of new and existing customer relationships
- Organization and execution of the entire sales process
- Creation and provision of strategic sales plans as well as control of the pre-sales process
- Responsibility for the maintenance of the CRM system (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
- Adjustment of the offer to customer/market needs and identification of deviations
- Ensuring the defined profit and sales growth is achieved
- Responsibility for customer communication and building realistic customer expectations
- Execution of ongoing reporting (such as customer contact reports)
- Ensuring professional handover to project managers
- Supporting all commercial activities with customers
- Participate in 'non-sales related' activities (closing meetings, customer satisfaction analysis...)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical studies in the field of mechanical or electrical engineering
- At least 8 years of active sales experience in a B2B technical environment
- Proven track record in new business areas and technologies
- Very good communication skills as well as a confident and convincing appearance
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Excellent command of English and German (or another national language)

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €75.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
