SAP Key User Logistics f/m/d

In the Commercial Order Processing department, we ensure that the flow of materials in international customer projects runs smoothly. Our goal is to continuously optimize and further develop logistics processes.

As an SAP key user in the area of outbound project logistics, you are the link between the specialist departments and IT. Through your proactive exchange with internal colleagues, you understand the needs of the organization and define requirements for innovative solutions. Together with central IT, you will implement these solutions in the SAP system worldwide and make a significant contribution to the success of our projects. Your expertise will also be in demand for the upcoming S/4 HANA implementation project.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project work: Collaboration in SAP projects for the implementation of new SAP functions in the logistics area on the basis of coordinated specifications with the specialist departments as well as in upcoming SAP rollouts at AVL headquarters and affiliates worldwide
• Process optimization: Analysis of existing logistics workflows and processes with regard to optimization and development of possible new solutions
• SAP system troubleshooting and support: Support for worldwide users in solving problems and errors as well as independent troubleshooting and correction in the SAP system
• Training and documentation: conducting training for employees and further developing existing documentation on SAP logistics processes
• Communication and coordination: Cooperation with various departments to ensure and further develop SAP logistics processes to meet the company's requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (Secondary Technical College, Commercial Academy, University or University of Applied Sciences) and/or commercial or technical field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the logistics sector and in an international environment
• Advanced SAP knowledge of SAP modules relevant to logistics (such as PS, SD, PP and MM)
• Very good (process) understanding of logistical processes and organizational contexts
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to quickly recognize complex problems and find efficient solutions
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different departments and international teams
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel: maximum 25 percent of the time for roll-out projects worldwide

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €55.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
