Quality Manager Software Products f/m/d

Would you like to play a key role in shaping the quality of our software products? As a quality manager for software products, you will optimize processes, carry out quality audits and be the central point of contact for our subsidiaries worldwide. Become part of our team and drive the continuous improvement of our software products!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interface to local and global internal customers for quality issues regarding software products
• Initiation and monitoring of continuous improvement of processes and organizational development
• Support of the organization in root cause analysis and development of short and long-term solutions
• Preparation and moderation of regular Quality Round Tables in the software business units
• Implementation of regular internal quality audits for processes and product development projects
• Ensuring continuous quality improvements of software products
• Support of process and product releases (quality gate reviews)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, TU) with a focus on electrical engineering, industrial engineering, environmental systems science or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the quality assurance of software solutions
• Enthusiasm for innovative software products
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders (such as developers, segment managers) at eye level
• Committed and persistent personality with a precise and proactive way of working
• Very good knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €55,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
