Quality Engineer Change & Concern Management f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordination of all Change & Concern Management activities within development and industrialization projects
• Methodology support for project team members by helping to define
  • Unambiguous problem descriptions
  • Structured root cause analysis (RCA) – Ishikawa and/or fault tree method
  • Short- and long-term measures
  • Verification of measures
• Tracking and reporting of progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Alignment between AVL and customer systems & methods
• Escalation when and if required

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical or technical-commercial training as an industrial engineer or engineer (at least secondary technical college HTL; University or University of Applied Sciences)
• Relevant professional experience in the field of development and/or industrialization projects
• Excellent teamwork, goal orientation, negotiation skills and organizational talent
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate tasks and targets 
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent Business English and German language skills 
• Willingness to travel at home and abroad

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46.200,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
