Product Manager Battery Testing Solutions f/m/d

You have format and want to be at the cutting edge of electric mobility? Batteries are the key technology for mastering the green transition. We are looking for you as Product Manager for the Battery Testing Solutions business unit. You will be the link between product development for our battery testing systems and the market - the sales organizations and customers around the world - and further develop our product portfolio.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze market and competitive conditions: Examine global market demand, trends and the competitive landscape to best position our product portfolio
• Develop product strategies: Create, develop and report the product strategy, roadmap and business plans
• Manage requirements and costs: Define and prioritize product requirements and features and set and optimize cost targets
• Coordinate with Research & Development (R&D): Communicate the product vision and goals with the R&D project manager and the development team
• Execute product launches: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and support products through all lifecycle phases
• Support sales and marketing: Assist in proposal preparation, present our products and create marketing and sales documents
• Organize events and training courses: Plan and coordinate congresses, publications and customer workshops as well as conduct product training for the sales team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in electrical engineering, physics, telematics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in relation to direct current sources or high-voltage batteries
• Experience in product management and technical sales
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to clearly convey complex ideas
• Strong marketing and presentation skills
• High level of self-organization and goal orientation
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Commercial and strategic thinking
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally on business

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €70,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
