Order Management Specialist Customer Service f/m/d
As addition for our 6-person Order Handling / Order Processing team, embedded in the Global Customer Services division for our AVL Test and Measurement Systems, you will be responsible for the entire order processing chain - from order entry to delivery and invoicing. If you enjoy communicating with international customers, like to ensure smooth processes on a daily basis and a self-reliant way of working is exactly yours, then you've come to the right place!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order processing for spare parts, repairs, services and warranty requests for our AVL test and measurement systems, from creation (including shipping documents for customs for worldwide shipments) to delivery and invoicing
- Ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders
- Contact person for customer inquiries on all order processing topics
- Handling of customer returns for repair and warranty processing
- Preparation of spare parts quotations
- International invoicing and shipping
- Coordination with internal departments such as the export department
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education (Apprenticeship, Commercial Academy) with a focus on economics
- At least three years of professional experience in the field of order management
- Good SAP knowledge and Sales Force an advantage
- High customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and self-organize
- Enjoy communicating with customers, suppliers and cross-departmental communication
- Very good knowledge of German and English

The employment is provided by a personnel service provider.
Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €44,940.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
