Operational Buyer f/m/d (maternity leave replacement)

Become part of our dedicated team and take responsibility for the efficient, timely and high-quality supply of products and services to our departments. In close cooperation with our colleagues from Strategic Purchasing, you will organise negotiations, orders and complaints – and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for the purchase-to-pay process (P2P), including determining requirements, managing orders and checking invoices
• Conducting tenders, negotiating conditions and awarding procurement positions
• Ensuring timely deliveries, managing orders and clarifying invoice discrepancies
• Maintenance and administration of purchasing data in SAP, SRM and other tools (e.g. material and supplier master data, negotiation results)
• Collaboration with project teams and suppliers to optimise procurement processes and identify process improvements to increase efficiency

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training (Secondary Technical College, Commercial Academy or comparable)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing 
• Previous SAP experience is an advantage
• Team player and good communication skills
• Initiative and commitment 
• Negotiating skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Bsuiness fluent knowledge in German and English
• Willingness to travel for business up to a maximum of 10 percent throughout Europe

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50,800.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
