Junior IT Infrastructure Specialist in the area of IT Workplace f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support during the development of a new IT service management tool
• Processing of tickets as 2nd level support
• Support of conference systems (audio/video)
• Assist the team at digital events

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship with LAP or Matura (HTL/HAK/HLW) with interest in computer science/information technology, communication technologies 
• Good team and communication skills
• Knowledge of smartphones, MS Teams, Sharepoint, ticket processing would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €36.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
