IT Customer Support Specialist for the IT Workplace Fieldsupport f/m/d
The core responsibility of an IT Customer Support Specialist is to provide comprehensive support to users of computer systems. This may include support for hardware components such as desktop computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices, as well as resolving software issues. Strong customer focus and communication skills are hallmarks of IT Customer Support Specialists.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring 2nd level user support (on site)
- Support of standard applications of client operating systems
- In charge of various applications and their administration
- Installing of hardware and software components
- Performing of client rollouts / client refreshes
- Processing of IT requests and/or customer requests
- Documentation in the ticket system and/or asset management systems
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed apprenticeship in IT, or IT graduate of a secondary technical college
- (> 1 years) experience in this field desired
- Experience in help desk work or working with a ticketing system
- Pronounced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed, well-structured approach to work and very good teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented, friendly personality with good communication skills
- Spoken and written command of English
- Very good spoken and written command of German
- Driver's license (Austrian category B) required

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €41,440.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
