YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading and facilitating workshops to assess customer requirements 
• Analyze and document workshop results, translating them into tailored solution designs
• Design and implementation of solutions together with a project team
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of customer solutions and project results
• Solve incidents in cooperation with the support teams

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, Technical University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) with a focus on Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field  
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, project work and customer support
• Knowledge of one or more special technology (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Digital Archives) desireable
• Strong understanding of customer processes and ability to align solutions accordingly
• Business fluent knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
