As an Expert in Personnel Development & Learning, you will not only be part of a future-oriented team, but will also actively shape the further development of our employees and managers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the rollout of various SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Int. Hub
- Responsible for global and digital job and skills management using SAP SuccessFactors to optimize and personalize learning paths and career development
- Further development of a future-proof skills management system
- Design and deliver hybrid, virtual, and face-to-face workshops to support employee development and organizational change
- Implementation of innovative approaches to learning and development for continuous improvement and adaptation to market needs
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration, psychology, education or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in personnel development, ideally with a focus in a technology-driven environment
- Knowledge of and practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the area of job and skills management
- Experience in conducting/facilitating workshops
- Project management experience
- Communication skills and the ability to think and act strategically
- Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €56.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
