Development Engineer Mechanics f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Series support of existing devices (OT sensor, angle transducer, Visio components)
• Development of optical sensors and small devices as well as data acquisition measurement devices (conception to series transfer in SAP)
• Customer-specific adaptation of optical sensors in combustion engines
• Preparation of production documents (parts lists, drawings, test specifications, material master)
• Cooperation and clarification with suppliers
• Design or verification of individual components by calculation (torsion, deflection, tightening torques, thermal expansion)
• Independent assembly of customer-specific sensors and small components

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical education (TU/FH/HTL) in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or similar
• Professional experience in production engineering, sheet metal construction, precision mechanics and machine elements
• Experience in materials science
• Basic knowledge of physics, metrology, electrical engineering desirable
• Experience with Solid Works, Creo, EPDM, SAP advantageous
• Independent and precise way of working, high level of commitment, ability to work under pressure and reliability 
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46.410,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
