Department Manager Physical E/E System and EMI/EMC Development f/m/d
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative leader to join our team as the Head of Physical E/E System and EMI/EMC Development. In this role, you will be disciplinary and technically responsible for a team of E/E component engineers, wiring harness engineers and EMI/EMC developer and measurement engineers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Physical E/E System and EMI/EMC Development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Continuously develop the team towards innovative services and solutions
- Align with the business field and product managers to derive R&D activities
- Actively support the sales group with technical expertise and customer visits
- Regular alignment with all affiliates to share the standard processes, workflows and KPI
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparable) with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of professional experience in E/E system development and EMI/EMC
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to EMI/EMC
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Very good knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €110,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
