Customer Support Engineer for e-power and indicating measurement technology f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Systematic processing of customer inquiries via AVL Helpline of the advanced measurement technologies department
• On-site and remote commissioning as well as service calls for data acquisition measurement devices at customer sites (conventional combustion engines as well as electrified drive systems at the test bench)
• Support of customers with maintenance contracts (AVL's "CARE" Service Level Agreement)
• Support of product management and sales

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) in the area of automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable
• Professional experience with indexing measurement technology is an advantage
• Good knowledge in physics, electrical engineering, measurement technology, control engineering
• Independent and accurate way of working
• Very good knowledge of German as well as English, both written and spoken 
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 10%)

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46.410,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
