Aerosol and Gas Measurement Technology
As an application engineer in the field of aerosol and gas measurement technology, you are responsible as a technical expert for the adequate performance of the measuring devices assigned to you in customer use and support our customers with your experience in the various fields of application and problems. You will reflect the knowledge gained from practical experience back to the development department to continuously improve the products.

This exciting position is being filled as a parental leave replacement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and realization of complete applications in the field of aerosol and gas concentration measurement, e.g. for exhaust gas, brake and tire emission measurements or environmental immission measurements
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of system and verification tests in the laboratory and in various test environments
- Application-related advice and support for our customers as a technical expert
- Definition of specific application-related requirements for devices / components and close cooperation with the development department
- Expert contributions and presentations at conferences as well as preparation of scientific publications in the field of measurement technology applications
- Active participation in the creation of application-related international and national technical guidelines
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education (technical or scientific studies) with a focus on physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the use of measuring devices and measuring systems
- Sound knowledge of measuring systems in general and particle measurement in particular
- Interdisciplinary understanding of systems (physics, electronics, software, mechanics)
- Structured, independent way of working with a high sense of responsibility and clear goal orientation
- Innovative spirit, creative solutions and strong teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
- Business fluent knowledge in English
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time worldwide

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53,500.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
