AVL Powertrain UK Ltd have exciting opportunities for passionate and enthusiastic Graduates to join our Engineering teams based in both Coventry and Essex.

We are a leader in the development of innovative mobility systems, including hydrogen engines, hybrid powertrains, battery electric vehicles, and fuel cells.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Successful candidates will join projects across a wide range of technologies working with UK and European based customers as well as supporting innovative in-house Research & Development activities.

Roles include component design, mechanical and electrical system integration, requirements development, software and control system development, calibration, testing and validation.

YOUR PROFILE:

•    Currently pursuing a BEng, BSc, MEng or MSc in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or Electrical).
•    Demonstrates creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to generate unconventional solutions.
•    Strong team player with a high level of responsibility and initiative.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
•    Familiar with fault identification, root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
•    Capable of working independently with reliability and attention to detail.
•    Conducts oneself professionally and collaboratively.
•    Agile and flexible.

The salary range is between £30,000 to 36,000 per annum.
