Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is involved in the design, development, integration, testing, maintenance, and evolution of software solutions, contributing to system performance optimization and the continuous improvement of products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advanced knowledge of standard C++, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and synchronization.
• Experience in frontend development with Qt/QML and JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on UI/UX design, usability, and integration with backend systems, REST APIs, and databases.
• Embedded software development skills in C/C++, algorithm design, signal processing, digital filters, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Embedded Linux, communication buses, and protocols such as Modbus, I2C, UART, and SPI.
• Ability to use MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm development, simulation, and validation prior to porting to target systems.
• Skills in the design, development, management, and maintenance of relational and real-time databases.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, and the main back-end development frameworks.
• Ability to perform debugging, profiling, Git/CVS version control, code documentation, and structured software change management.
• Experience in integration with existing systems, application troubleshooting, and technical support to the development team.

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Availability to carry out ongoing activities in the Marche region for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments.
• Good planning, activity organization, and technical communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, in a technical environment.
• Availability for occasional business travel, according to project requirements and agreed in advance.

WE OFFER:

Indicative starting compensation: 39.000 € / year

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
