Senior/Lead CFD Engineer

As a Senior/Lead CFD Engineer, you will contribute to the development and optimization of advanced motorsport systems. You will play a key role in simulation-driven development activities, technical decision-making, cross-functional collaboration and project execution, supporting the delivery of efficient and reliable engineering solutions under highly demanding performance and timing constraints.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the development and delivery of advanced engineering solutions within a high-performance, innovation-driven environment.
• Lead and support end-to-end engineering activities, from concept definition through validation and optimization phases.
• Apply simulation-driven methodologies to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., design, testing, manufacturing, and project management) to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, workflows, and methodologies.
• Analyze data from simulations and experimental activities to support technical decisions and performance improvements.
• Coordinate technical priorities and activities across projects, ensuring delivery within demanding timelines.
• Support problem-solving initiatives, including root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies and approaches.
