Cyber Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and analysis of sophisticated security software solutions for various areas such as ADAS, body and chassis, e-mobility and combustion engine systems.
• Identification of further developments in the area of responsibility with conception and design of hardware-related software components on embedded systems
• Coordination of software requirements and solutions with customers and colleagues from different areas

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, telematics, electrical engineering or similar
• Knowledge in programming with C, C++ of hardware-related software components
• Industry experience (e.g. V-Cycle model for developing Automotive SW products)
• Knowledge of Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) (e.g. Heavens, Stride, etc.)
• Good knowledge of common security patterns (e.g., authentication, authorization, integrity, confidentiality)
• Good knowledge of security protocols (e.g., IPSec, TLS, SSH, …)
• Good knowledge of X.509 digital certificate standard and Public Key Infrastructure management
• Initial experience with platforms used in the automotive sector (classic/adaptive AUTOSAR)
• Network fundamentals (e.g. protocol networks, network interfaces)
• Cryptography and security management practices (e.g. symmetric and asymmetric algorithms, key management protocols)
• Communication and collaborative skills
• Good English skills
