Team Leader - Automotive Software development

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Development, coordination and implementation of BMS control systems
Concept and requirement definition of state-of-the-art automotive functions
Verification of concepts on HiL, test benches and in the vehicle
Technical application of mathematical, physical and logical knowledge
Discuss technical requirements with internal partners / external customers
Provide technical- and leadership support to Battery projects
Communicate AVL’s technical competency and translate customer needs into technical requirements and guide daily work of the technical project members
Assess and review work results of the project team and provide guidance to ensure the accuracy and quality of work according to the relevant guidelines and processes
Ensure know-how development and transfer within his field of responsibility
Conduct patent queries and files patent applications for innovative solutions relevant to AVL

 

YOUR PROFILE

BSc/MSc degree in Mechatronic- , Electrical-, Mechanical-, Vehicle Engineering or similar
Deep Battery technology knowledge
MATLAB, Simulink or ANSI-C specific programming experience
Preferably 5+ years experience in automotive development
Knowledge of Project management principles according to automotive development processes and standards
Fluency in written and spoken English and German
Enthusiasm for international cooperation
Good communication skills, organizational and teamwork skills
