Skill Team Leader - Vehicle Controls & Data Intelligence

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizational and professional management of our Vehicle Controls Team
• Internal sales activities within the AVL concern
• Selection and hiring of employees in his/her team, disciplinary management and personnel development
• Ensure compliance with internal process regulations
• Actively participate in setting the direction of development and procurement of development tools
• Responsible for the team’s professional advancement
• Keep contact with universities, employment agencies, external customers
• Cost controlling his/her own cost centre

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical University Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in function development in automotive systems and processes (SPICE, agile etc.) or data intelligence
• Fluent German and / or English knowledge
• Structured, solid working method
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good leader and teamwork skills
• Flexibility, travel abroad is expected
