Desktop Linux Software Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in our instrumentation product development from ideation to deployment for testing the next-generation electric vehicle components
• Being a member of the Hungarian development team, and collaborate with the international agile project team (Scrum)
• Design, implementation and testing of Linux system based measurement device platform
• Documentation of the system components

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in computer engineering / information technology / electrical engineering
• Experience in Linux based software development
• Established expertise in Yocto Project is a big adventage
• Familiarity and interest in PC solutions (secure boot, Nvidia GPUs, RT kernel etc.)
• Knowledge in communication standards (CAN / Ethernet / EtherCAT)
• Experience in CI/CD (e. g. Azure DevOps) and security topics
• Fluency in written and spoken English (German is advantage)
• Open for agile development methods, good communication, presentation skills, strong team player
