System development engineer - Cooling and Thermal management 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary interface of the project team with a direct link to the client
• Manages and animates all meetings related to the development of the systems between participating stakeholders
• Supervises the development of the system according to the defined methodology for a specific project
• Develops and animates the integration of technical features and validation of the systems
• Participates in focus groups for technical solutions and mitigates all aspects to eventually solve any blocking points
• Responsible for defining and delivering optimized validation plans
• Responsible for delivering progress reports of the validation plans with the steps taken to solve all technical issues
• Responsible for system configuration and functionality

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor/Master degree in one of the relevant fields, thermal-mechanical engineering/ fluid dynamics / automotive engineering
• Previous experience in system engineering development
• Good knowledge of the automotive sector
• Have a creative and open mind
• Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade other participants
• Have a strong team player mindset
• Good written and spoken English, knowledge of French language would be a plus
• Familiar with system engineering
• Knowledge of system design and validation methodologies
• Experience with having managed a project
• Knowledge of cooling and thermal management systems
