Managing Director E-Motor, Test Systems & Drives f/m/d  

AVL Moravia, part of the globally renowned AVL Group, is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies in industrial e-motors, electric dynamometers, and drives. AVL Moravia is strategically positioned for exponential growth (especially regarding business in new industries) and we seek a visionary Managing Director E-Motor, Test Systems & Drives to drive operational excellence, innovation, and business growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the leader of a fast-growing site you will:

• Oversee Engineering and Production, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead product portfolio development and explore new markets.
• Drive operational efficiency and tackle production quality challenges.
• Spearhead sales strategies for made-to-order and standardized industrial solutions.
• Manage facility and machinery investments to expand operations.
• Build relationships across AVL’s global network and Czech industry stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: Degree in economical, mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering with a strong business acumen.
• Experience: Proven track record in managing engineering and production in the automotive, industrial, or machine-building industries. Knowledge of electric dynamometers is a plus.
• Skills: Expertise in finance, HR, and compliance in the Czech Republic. Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; Czech required, German is an advantage.

Monthly Remuneration: For this position, we offer a gross salary in the range of CZK 220.000 - 290.000,-- monthly, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
