Product Manager (m/f/d) 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough analyses of the company's products, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Formulate and update the product strategy (including positioning, differentiation, and potential expansions of the product portfolio)
• Oversee the product portfolio (monitoring/management/control of business plans)
• Define product development initiatives and maintain a comprehensive product development roadmap
• Develop profitability analyses and business plans 
• Facilitate and oversee product development projects, guaranteeing they meet established requirements
• Plan and implement the market launch and market exit strategies
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Sales and TSS, System Integration and System Engineering, Controlling

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed university degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent educational background
• Basic business knowledge with initial experience in product management
• Entrepreneurial acumen coupled with exceptional communication skills
• Commitment, goal orientation, creativity, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility.
• Proactive attitude, with high self-motivation, decision-making capabilities, and persuasive skills
• Willingness to travel and proficiency in using MS Office and SharePoint
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and German
