  • Develop and implement drivability calibration strategies for various powertrain systems.
  • Utilize advanced engineering tools and methodologies to optimize vehicle performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure calibration objectives are met within project timelines.
  • Conduct vehicle testing and data analysis to validate calibration solutions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve drivability-related issues throughout the development cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance calibration methodologies and techniques.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is important.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with calibration tools and software (e.g., INCA, Matlab/Simulink) is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in drivability calibration or related automotive engineering roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
