Customer Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Electrification area
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, HQ) for solution alignment
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical/commercial solutions
- Monitor sales pipeline and report progress internally
- Support project execution as a cutomer interface
- Profice market feedabck and insights to management and product teams
- Collaborate with global teams (e.g., HQ Graz) when required
Profile
- Junior lever
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English communication skills (required for HQ/customer interaction)
- Driver's License
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Candidates with a technical understanding of automotive and electrification systems are preferred.
