Commissioning/ Service Enginner

Commissioning of AVL Systems and components according scope of supply, regulations, standards and customer requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The System Commissioning Engineer takes care of the following actions & tasks AFTER System is installed at customer site UNTIL handover/acceptance to customer:

• Check of system installation and safety chains
• Calibration of measurement chains and verification of overall system function
• Documentation of results and archiving (backup) of system settings
• Handover system to the customer together with the PjM(-S).
• Documentation of executed tasks (via CESAR or FSM report)
• Report Quality issues for future improvements (product & process)
• Execution of tasks according training & documents (if available acc. prepared CPL work package)
• Communicate with customer and create customer satisfaction.
• Meet with project team prior and after commissioning.
• Trigger of continues improvements (8D-Reports, AVP).

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical education in electrics or mechanics
• Permission to work on electrical installations and systems (if applicable)
• Secondary technical college/university of applied sciences/university of technology graduate/apprenticeship with experience or comparable
