Commissiong & Service Engineer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Service Engineer maintains, calibrates and repairs AVL products, usually on customer's site.

• To contribute to achieving maximum customer satisfaction (by professional performance, appropriate customer communication and taking care of customer requests)
• To support achieving high and sustainable profitability (by efficient working)
• To support increasing the service business (by forwarding information on cross-selling potential and leads to responsible persons)
• To help delivering high quality service and providing feedback to the management and quality)
• Prepare and support the preparation of (own) service activities.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance as well as calibrations based on available, guidelines (depending on skill level)
• Document services performed by using defined templates (calibration protocols, service reports)
• User support (depending on skill level)
• Provide useful feedback on optimization potentials, customers, products and services to management, support organization, product and quality management.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3~7 years’ experience in area of expertise
• Education: Above Diploma degree
• Major in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field required
• Resident of Ulsan, Busan/Gimhae Changwon, South Gyeongsang-do, South Korea.
• English skill : Technical communication in reading and writing
• MS Office: Utilize Excel, Powerpoint and Word
