Website & Content Operations Specialist
Join the AVL Global Business Services team in Érd as a Digital Content Specialist. You will manage and optimize our global web presence within an SSC environment, ensuring high-quality content delivery and seamless platform functionality.
Working in an agile setup, you will bridge the gap between marketing and IT by managing CMS updates, performing QA testing, and supporting international stakeholders. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy technical troubleshooting in a global corporate landscape, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
CMS & Content Management
- Create, update, and maintain high-quality web content (pages, forms, media) within the CMS.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, SEO best practices, and usability guidelines.
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle via a ticketing system.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Perform rigorous QA testing on new features and content to ensure flawless functionality and layout.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, collaborating closely with developers to verify fixes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, dailies) to support platform deployments.
Digital Marketing & CRM Integration
- Support marketing campaigns by building landing pages and managing CRM-connected forms.
- Maintain and optimize connections between the website, analytics platforms, and marketing tools.
- Assist in generating basic reports and data-driven insights.
Support & Documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for CMS users, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for new editors to ensure best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and ticketing systems like Jira or Gitlab.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues.
- Ability to train users and create comprehensive documentation.
- Matura degree or equivalent school education.
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Quality Assurance, or Agile Scrum
