Verification and Validation Engineer - Powertrain Components

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Control the complete product development process of the assigned system/module from concept to serial production.

Coordinate all interfaces of systems/modules AVL-internally and towards customer and suppliers (e.g. testing, validation, production, assembly, procurement, quality, logistics, service…).

Coordination and technical steering of system and component suppliers.

Definition of target/performance agreements internally and externally to ensure target achievement.

Change and release management.

Lead of assigned operative engineers in the project from all AVL, customer and supplier side.

Representation of assigned systems/modules in the Simultaneous Engineering Team.

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed technical degree (BsC, MsC) as well as relevant experience in the field of electrical energy and drive technology

Accurate, precise work and traceable documentation of test sequences

Good understanding of technical contexts regarding DVP and PVP (thermal / mechanical/electricial)

Demonstrated efficient on time delivery of program expectations with favorable feedback

Ability of effectively communicate to large groups (technical and non-technical)

Can clearly write technical reports and presentations
