Team Leader - HR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compilation of short and long-term HR strategy, leading projects and monitoring the results
• Taking part in HR-related internal and international projects
• Coordinating recruitment and sourcing for the organisation
• Preparation of payroll data for external provider
• Preparation of labour agreements, delegations
• Entire employment management: selection, labour agreements, entry, welcome newcomer process, people development, delegations, HR administration, exit
• Managing external providers (headhunters, catering, trainers, payroll, communication agencies etc.)
• Maintaining employee’s basic data by SAP, creating monthly and ad-hoc reports
• Preparing of development and training strategy, organizing external and internal personnel development
• Creating and operating HR systems
• Establishing and updating internal policies concerning HR matters

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum BA degree in HR and /or economics
• Solid knowledge of labour law 
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources
• English language knowledge
• MS Office knowledge 
• Independent and responsible work ethic with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive, dynamic and positive personality
