Software Engineer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Breakdown of feature requirements into development activities

• Participation & reporting in weekly development team meeting

• Fullstack development of software application in C#

• Modernization of existing product frameworks; e.g. migration of desktop application to web-based frontend (angular, react, vue)

• Development, update & maintenance of build pipelines in Azure Devops/Github

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc, or MSc diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering

• >5 years experience in developing industrial software products

• Preferably showcased through product portfolio

• Programming languages: Solid knowledge in at least one major language (C++ / C# / Python)

• C#, experience with WPF Framework is a significant plus.

• C++ and/or Python experience are considered a plus

• Web-application experience (angular, react and/or vue) are considered a plus

• Azure DevOps and/or Github experience, especially in build pipelines, development activities tracking in git

• Advantage:

  • Experience with any kind of simulation or analysis software (time-series analysis, Simulink, …)

  • Interest in secure software development toolchain

• Professional proficiency in English language, both written and spoken

• Structured working style

• Clear communication with complete team (development engineers, application engineers & customers)

• Work independently and take ownership of product features

• Efficient and effective utilization of AI in development activities
