AVL List GmbH, the world's leading company for the development, simulation and testing of drive systems, is building a new Shared Service Center in Hungary. For our location in Érd, we are looking for motivated colleagues to take care of the monthly preparatory payroll accounting and travel expense accounting for our locations in Austria.

Hungarian candidates with very good German language skills
Do you live in the greater Budapest area and have a very good knowledge of German (at least B2) and English skills (at least B1)? Resposibilities

• Execution of the preparatory monthly payroll processes for payroll accounting for our Austrian locations
• Support for a smooth end-to-end payroll process
• Execution of travel expense accounting (expense allowance, reimbursement of expenses)
• Maintain and manage changes in the employee lifecycle (entry, transfer, etc.)
• First point of contact to answer simple questions from our employees about their payslips and expense reports
• Preparation of reports and evaluations
• Close cooperation with internal HR interfaces as well as accounting and controlling in Austria
• Support in ensuring a smooth billing process
• Participation in projects for process improvement and digitization in the Shared Service Center

Your profile

• Relevant previous experience as a payroll accountant (knowledge of Austrian regulations is an advantage)
• Completed commercial training (high school diploma, vocational school or comparable) and specialist examination in payroll accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office
• ideally experience with SAP HCM and SAP Concur
• Very good written and spoken German skills (at least B2+), good knowledge of English
• Accuracy, reliability and a high sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of teamwork in a structured, service-oriented environment
