Senior IT Software Developer 

We are looking for a Senior IT Software Developer to drive the design and implementation of high-impact software solutions. In this role, you will take a leading technical position—transforming complex requirements into robust, high-quality systems through collaborative development and rigorous testing.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and assist the PM with technical insights and expertise
• Design systems that respect both the user requirements and team internal goals
• Lead by example by testing and documenting your solutions
• Be a team player, help and instruct other team members
• Evaluate existing solutions and propose improvements where you see fit. We do encourage active involvement

Your profil:

• A solid understanding of Web Standards and modern Java-/TypeScript frameworks (we’re using both Angular and React)
• Experience with software architecture focusing on the MS.NET ecosystem, including C#, MSSQL Server and Microsoft Tools
• Fundamental understanding of cloud development, preferably Azure
• Using LLMs as your coding buddy, not your primary driver
• You already worked with Containerization, either or both with Docker and K8s
• Background of working with legacy software and its requirements, including MS .NET Framework and IIS hosting are a plus
• The use of CI/CD is non-negotiable for you. New projects use trunk-based dev and TDD.
• IT-Security is important as you will prepare and support external and internal Pen-Testers
• English language skills (business fluent)
• You are adaptable to various types of projects but ideally already have experience with working on products
• You value pragmatism over gold plating
• Pairing and mentorship with/of other team members
• Being able to defend your position but also finding consensus in discussions
