SAP Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis of requirements and development of solutions tailored to the specific needs of AVL
• Consulting for cloud-based HR management solutions, leveraging your technological expertise and knowledge of HR processes
• Implementation of innovative HCM solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors
• Acting as an internal SAP Consultant, serving as the interface between the HR department and our technology partners and vendors
• Continuously building and applying strategic and technical expertise in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed education in the field of HR or IT (Technical College/HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
• Profound know-how regarding HR processes
• Solid and broad understanding of IT technology, with a specific focus on cloud solutions and integration
• Knowledge of interface development, specifically the integration of SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors via SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
• Ideally, initial experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex topics quickly
• High degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel abroad (3-4 times a year)
