Junior Website Quality Assurance & Digital Marketing Support Specialist

Requriments

• Secondary school education or higher (QA or Agile certifications are a plus).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (QA, CMS, or web support).
• Practical experience with Content Management Systems (Drupal preferred).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, ticketing systems, and bug tracking.
• User-level computer skills (MS Office); knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred) is an advantage.
• Strong English skills (B2, oral and written); Hungarian required.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills with a customer- and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to create clear documentation and train non-technical users.
• Interest in digital marketing topics such as PPC, Analytics, or SEO is a strong advantage.
