Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle supplier calls and emails, resolving invoice and payment issues
• Receive, scan, and process invoices in line with company procedures
• Support managing non-compliant documents and update workflow systems
• Support processing supplier and intercompany payments
• Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and provide status updates with the team

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant professional experiences are an advantage
• Basic understanding of IFRS reporting concepts or other international GAAP´s
• SAP knowledge
• Good knowledge MS Office (EXCEL and WORD)
• English language knowledge, German is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and understand the Accounts Payable processes, and gaining foundational accounting knowledge
