Industrial Engineer

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations. In this role, you will act as the interface between R&D and production, focusing on serial production support, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support serial production and manage technical changes during the product lifecycle
• Solve manufacturing and ERP-related issues proactively
• Coordinate rework and scrapping activities
• Prepare and analyze NVC (Net Variable Cost) calculations
• Monitor manufacturing and material costs
• Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical education in Industrial Management, Production Management, or similar
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Good MS Office skills
• Technical understanding of drawings and assembly processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Initial professional experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Good English skills, German skills are an advantage
