HVAC System Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working on the air side of vehicle HVAC systems incl. all sub-components like HVAC-module, boosters, HVAC air-inlet, cockpit channels, vents and nozzles, ventilation frames and climatization sensors
- Design of plastic parts (mainly injection molding) with regards to manufacturability and functional requirements
- Design of package models for main components of the HVAC system like HVAC main/front unit, additional HVAC units (e.g. second row/third row), air boosters, etc.
- Support for HVAC simulation team by creating first concepts for components and changes.
- Creation of functional relevant parts like venting dummies, air inlet cross sections, etc.
PROFILE:
- BSc/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics-, Vehicle- or similar
- Min 5 years of experience
- Experience in vehicles cockpit and interieur design
- Experience in designing plastic parts and main assemblies of vehicles (e.g. HVAC unit, dashboard)

CATIA V5 CAD system knowledge, PDM system experience (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Enovia/3D Experience, etc.)
- Fluency in written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
- Good communication/presentation skills, strong team player
