Creation of product and system-related documentation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creation of system specifications / documentation for customer projects (sales / project phase)
• Tool-supported configuration / combination of standard texts and drawings (products) and project-specific content / project-specific adaptations
• Continuous improvement of the documentation structure, product know-how through research and analysis of the product and system to be documented
• Collection of all information relevant to the customer target group
• Content creation in coordination with product/project management, development/engineering and sales according to internal and external customer specifications
• Transformation, preparation and structuring of information
• Independent processing of documentation projects, taking into account the milestones of customer projects

YOUR PROFILE:

• Qualification as a technical writer and/or technical or linguistic background
• Experience in the field of technical documentation with the ability to clearly structure complex technical contexts, prepare them didactically and formulate them in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines
• Very good written and spoken language skills (German and English)
• Strong communication skills (research, target group-oriented preparation of information) with the ability to work in a team
