We are looking for you:

 

WAW - Electronics Hardware Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

 

•  Create/Adapt/Maintain the Hardware, Mechanic, and E-Motor development process definition and content across the overall organization.

 •   Analyze and ensure that the state of the art standards are implemented and applied systematically within the above development process

 •   Interface with relevant stakeholders from the technical area (e.g. Hardware, Mechanical E-Motor engineers, etc.) as well as from other relevant departments (e.g. Quality) for assuring consistency and integrity of relevant processes.

 •   Interface with colleagues from the process team for managing the consistency of the general process development.

 •   Work closer with quality colleagues for supporting them in acquiring the quality goals of the projects.

 •   Performing regular training related to the Hardware, Mechanic, and E-Motor development process across the organization and measure its appliance.

 •   Performing process coaching/deployment to relevant customers when requested.

 •   Participate in external/internal standard audits as relevant stakeholders internally and for our customers.

 •   Contribute systematically with ideas/proposals for process improvements.

Your profile:

•  Bachelor/Master's degree in Hardware Engineering or any other comparative fields.

 •   Experience in the automotive domain will be considered an advantage.

 •   Knowledge and experience with one or more hardware and/or software development processes like Waterfall, Agile, Lean, etc.

 •   Know-how of “state of the art” automotive standards and processes will be also an advantage (e.g. ASPICE, Hardware-SPICE, Mechanical-SPICE CMMI, ISO26262, VDA, etc. ).

 •   Strong analytical and structural skills to perform analysis and propose innovations.

 •   Technical background as Hardware and/or Mechanical engineer could be an advantage.

 •   Ability to quickly learn and understand cutting-edge technologies and techniques inside the automotive domain.

 •   Desire to continuously learn and improve technical and soft skills abilities.

 •   Strong communication skills and open-mindedness.

 •   Professional level in spoken and written English.

 •   German capabilities would be an advantage.

 •   Ability to travel within the company affiliates/customer sites.
