Digital Transformation Manager

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for the conception, implementation and continuous development of the AVL SET digitalization and transformation strategy.

• Identification, development and evaluation of new digital business models, customer experiences and technologies
• Project management of cross-departmental and cross-divisional digitization projects
• Responsibility for the new PLM tool and process chain including value-adding follow-up processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable education
• First professional experience in an R&D environment in a manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge in strategy development, digital transformation, digital products & services, performance improvement or agilization
