Safety - Thesis - Safe State and monitoring concept in a multilevel traction inverter (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of the multilevel inverter T-type topology 
• Identification of safe states and their correlation to the safety goals
• Development of a common system architecture
• Identification of critical system faults and specification of possible measures

YOUR PROFILE:

• Good Knowledge of MS Office
• Creativity and motivation
• Technical knowledge of power electronics and semiconductors
• Knowledge in modelling technical systems
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Communication skills
• Good knowledge of English
