Safety - Thesis - Safe State and monitoring concept in a multilevel traction inverter (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis of the multilevel inverter T-type topology
- Identification of safe states and their correlation to the safety goals
- Development of a common system architecture
- Identification of critical system faults and specification of possible measures
YOUR PROFILE:
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
- Creativity and motivation
- Technical knowledge of power electronics and semiconductors
- Knowledge in modelling technical systems
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
