We are looking for you:

Project manager / HV component manager with specialization in hardware electronics (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the technical management of hardware projects for high-voltage components (e.g. high-voltage batteries, on-board chargers and traction converters) from the concept phase to series launch
• Evaluation and coordination of hardware-electronics customer requirements up to the start of series production
• Creation of design and test specifications based on customer requirements
• Execution of series release processes as well as scheduling and adherence to project milestones
• Planning and execution of test, trial and validation strategies  
• Execution of failure analysis as well as development of solution concepts                                 
• Support of suppliers 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Experience in the automotive development environment
• Experience with HV components (design, analysis and validation)
• Communication skills
• Customer oriented working
• High analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good knowledge of German
• Good English skills
• Personality counts more than anything else!
