Junior Calibration Engineer
Plan and perform a wide range of vehicle tests including performance, reliability, durability, vehicle systems validation.
Correlate test data to vehicle level requirements to ensure all vehicle systems meet targets and acceptance criteria.
Manage and track all vehicle testing schedules and highlight and prioritize critical path tests.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calibration of gasoline engines of all specialties:
- Base calibration
- Performance
- GPF
- Driveability
- OBD
- Calibration dataset development to meet requirements for hybrid gasoline engines.
- Dataset validation for all ambient conditions both in facility and in territory.
- Planning and execution of a vehicle testing program.
- Analysis of results and preparation of recommendations.
- Reporting of results to project board.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Master's or Ph.D. desirable
- Provided understanding of internal combustion engines and vehicle dynamics.
- Competences on ETAS INCA, Vector Canalyzer, AVL Concerto, AVL Creta, DDT2000; Matlab simulink.
- English required
- Spanish required
- French highly desirable.
- Driving license B is a must.
- Available to stay in France for a minimum period of 6 months
