Embedded Linux Software Developer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in our instrumentation product development from ideation to deployment for testing the next-generation electric vehicle components
• Being a member of the Hungarian development team, and collaborate with the international agile project team (Scrum)
• Design, implementation and testing of embedded Linux system based measurement device platform
• System configuration and integration of embedded systems
• Documentation of the system components

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in computer engineering / information technology / electrical engineering
• In-depth knowledge in C/C++, experience in Linux based embedded software development on modern ARM architectures (NXP i.MX8 and Xilinx Ultarscale SoC)
• Knowledge in communication standards (CAN / Ethernet / EtherCAT)
• Experience in one of the following technology is advantage: U-Boot, Linux Kernel and the Yocto Project
• Experience in automated testing and CI/CD (e. g. Azure DevOps) is advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken English (German is advantage)
• Open for agile development methods, good communication, presentation skills, strong team player
