Lead Engineer Diagnostic System Verification

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical supervision and mentoring as well as training of engineers
• Development and implementation of methodology
• Project management and coordination
• Planning and execution of engine and vehicle diagnostic system verification program
• Verification of control units in production vehicle evaluation projects
• Development of testing methods according legislation and customer requirements 
• Verification of communication systems in hybrid and electric powertrain
• Analysis of results, preparation of recommendation, reporting for customer 
• Supporting homologation and production start

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc or MSc in mechanical or electrical, automotive or related engineering discipline
• Excellent knowledge of communication systems and testing methodology
• Excellent thermodynamic and electronics knowledge 
• Min. 5 years of experience in vehicle development
• Team and project management experience
• Proficient English language knowledge (German is an advantage)
• Capable of working independently as well as a part of large and small teams
• Willingness to travel abroad
